RITARDATAPARTENZA.IT is a project designed and developed by the Italian Chamber of Arbitration.

The Italian Chamber of Arbitration – CAI – was founded in 1995, on the initiative of a group of lawyers, high magistrates, clerical doctors, notaries and university professors. Since its inception, it has constantly evolved and adapted to the regulatory changes in the sector.

CAI’s core business is the out-of-court dispute resolution in civil cases through the use of ADRs (alternative despute resolution) thus arbitration and mediation.

The idea of ​​creating the “Ritardatapartenza.it” project, parallel to the core business of the Italian Chamber of Arbitration, was born from a collaboration with a number of professionals who, having gained experience in defending the airlines, have shown their willingness to put their know-how to the service of passengers.
